Programme Background Summary
The initiative aims to enhance collaboration and interaction between South Korean and New Zealand partners in the AI sector. It will support networking opportunities for businesses and researchers, paving the way for future joint projects between both countries. The goal of this initiative is to establish a sustainable partnership in AI research, development, networking and commercialisation between the two countries We are currently seeking potential delegates from New Zealand to join this programme who are actively engaged in AI research and development. This initiative aims to foster a dynamic exchange of ideas and strategies, enhancing the AI landscape through collaborative efforts.
Company Background
OWNBIO, a leading medical biotechnology distributor and medico-education consulting firm, is integral to the RNE Group Alliance, spanning New Zealand, Australia, and South Korea. Established in 2016 from its roots within the RNE healthcare division, OWNBIO strives to represent New Zealand’s top medical-grade distributors in collaboration with the alliance. The company primarily enhances health and well-being by connecting innovative medical devices and services to the market through dependable sourcing channels. In partnership with RNE Group, which has exclusive ties with the Ministries of Education and Health in South Korea and New Zealand, OWNBIO is instrumental in developing the International AI Learning & Collaboration Programme. This initiative invites New Zealanders to explore AI applications across various sectors.

What is included?
- Accommodation [4-star hotel; 6 nights] – Two options [single room or shared room]

Programme Cost
- Single room option: $1,850.00 (all taxes included)
- Shared room (two people) option: $1,450.00 (all taxes included)
- Two people need to register together.
** A deposit of $200.00 is required at the time of registration. The balance must be paid in full either within two weeks of registration or by 30 April 2025, whichever date occurs first.

* Flights are not included. Delegates are expected to assemble at the hotel. The program cost included transportation to and from the Korean Demilitarized Zone. Transportation to and from the airport and the AI Expo venue are not included.
** Breakfasts for six days (Days 2 – 7) are included. Lunches are included for Days 2, 3, 4, and 6. Lunches for Days 1, 5, and 7 are not included.
*** Any costs related to personal travel expenses during free hours are not covered.
